A dynamic vinyasa flow designed to set the tone for the week ahead. This energising practice will build strength, leaving you feeling empowered and ready to tackle whatever Monday - and the week ahead - throws your way. Suitable for all abilities - with options offered throughout the class.

VIBE & UNWIND ~ 6:30 - 7:30 PM
An invigorating hatha sequence, where we flow through each pose with intention - holding them just a bit longer to deepen the stretch. We transition down to the mat for the second half of the class for a gentle stretch, calming breathwork, and an extended savasana. This class is designed to firstly energise you, and then calm your nervous system - leaving you refreshed and balanced.

SLOW FLOW & MEDITATION ~ 7:45 - 8:45 PM
A very gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to help you relax and soften. We move mindfully and focus on the breath throughout, fostering a deep connection to your body. The session includes an extended guided meditation to help you fully absorb the benefits of your practice, and achieve a sense of serenity.

PUMP - Is a class designed to improve your body strength and burn fat. It is a low weight, high repetition, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It is suitable for everyone. If you are new to weight training, the difficulty can be easily adapted by starting with lower weights on the bar. This group class will help you achieve much more than if you were training on your own.

BODY RESET - Is a full body strength workout that focuses on toning your legs, glutes, arms and core. This class is designed to fix movement compensations and imbalance of the muscles by using resistance bands, lighter weight, and your own body weight. The exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and ability, no prior experience is necessary.

BOOTY 30 - Is a 30 minute lower body resistance training class, targeting bum, legs and core. Using weights, body weight and cardio, this class will leave you feeling toned and sweaty! Having a strong lower body can help improve posture and prevent injury.
