Switch off from the outside world and enjoy one of our carefully selected Spa Days. Allow time to Relax, enjoy the use of our sauna, have a light lunch in our Little Cafe and browse in our boutique for some Retail Therapy!

We take great pride in searching hard to find clothes and accessories to suit every shape, size and personality. We choose our gifts that we hope will make the perfect present or items to go perfectly in your home. We like to think of ourselves as a little bit on the quirky side keeping everything we buy individual and unique for everyone.

We have created a pretty, quaint spot for you to enjoy healthy, light, mostly Organic lunches, homemade Cake, our delicious Esse Coffee, Pukka Organic Teas, Matcha lattes, Kombucha, Organic ‘Skinny’ Prosecco, Champagne and a selection of Organic Wines.

In our Little Studio we offer Barre, Yoga and Strength classes. It's a small and personal space with no more than 7/10 in a class. After your class and all of your hard work, feel free to sit, chat and enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea with each other.
